How we act as people in society is largely determined by values that shape our behaviour. How we act as people in our work environment is largely determined by our corporate culture. Corporate culture evolves on the basis of the values lived by those in positions of responsibility. That is the reason why we have summarised the values that have shaped the culture of BUTTING over generations in our "House of Cooperation" guideline. They form the strong foundation on which the supporting pillars of our company rest. On this basis, our more than 130 of our managers make decisions and provide guidance to our employees, thereby strengthening their performance and motivation of each individual.

For us, honesty means that our words and actions are aligned. We know the limits of our own actions and do not make promises that we cannot keep. Each individual completes the tasks assigned to them responsibly and is accountable for the consequences of their actions. We stand by our convictions, address difficulties and openly admit mistakes.
Reliability
We build upon long-term relationships. We achieve this because at BUTTING we live diligence, discipline, loyalty and integrity. We complete our tasks responsibly, stick to our agreements and communicate immediately in the event of problems. The discreet handling of personal information and company know-how is essential for us.

We also count on the courage of individuals to contribute ideas that do not directly affect their area of responsibility if this serves the goals and progress of the company.
