Maximum flexibility

Our wide range of forming services includes cold forming techniques such as hydroforming, flanging and collaring, drawing in or expanding tube ends and the insertion of internal and external beads. You benefit from our high degree of flexibility in terms of pipedimensions and exact adherence to the required inside and outside diameters. This enables us to offer you consistently high product quality.

Automated press system

State-of-the-art control technology, combined with a robot system for loading, enables the forming of both individual parts and series products in large quantities. Housings with a pressing force of up to 200 tonnes can be processed in the press. With the ram fixed stop and a drawing cushion, the press is equipped with components that can also be used for the deep drawing process.
