Complex components for pump technology

Pump technology has reached an exceptionally high level of maturity to date. As a result, the components required are becoming increasingly complex. Many pump manufacturers outsource the production of such components, which have to fulfil the highest requirements in terms of product quality, functional reliability and corrosion resistance, to BUTTING as a supplier with special expertise.

BUTTING meets the challenges of the high production depth for the pump technology. With customised components, competitive prices and "just-in-time" availability of parts, we have become a partner to one of the world's largest suppliers of pumps and pump accessories, for whom we supply over 300 component variants.

Customised complete solutions

We have set up a production centre specifically for the manufacture of products for various process and industrial applications, in which ready-to-install components for the pump and valve technology (e.g. pump housings or valve housings) are manufactured using innovative 3D laser and forming technology, as well as state-of-the-art CNC turning and milling technology.

We supply customised complete solutions by using and combining specific processes along the process chain, such as laser, welding, machining and forming technologies. A high degree of automation and reproducibility guarantee first-class processing quality. Production is carried out to fit dimensions such as H7/f6.

Valve and pump housings from a single source

We develop valve and pump housings in close cooperation with you, the customer. As starting material is our high-quality BUTTING stainless steel pipes are used, which we process into ready-to-install components in several process steps. You can choose from 300 different ready-to-install designs in almost all material groups.

Thanks to our specially developed processing methods and tools, we can manufacture individual components for you and thus optimise the value chain of your project. You also benefit from our sophisticated logistics concept with Kanban and just-in-time delivery due to a high availability of parts and a consignment stock. Here too, we offer you customised services.
